Node coordinates

Node coordinates

Data identifier: KOOR [-]

The nodes in SPRING are the corner points of the elements. Each node is defined in a rectangular coordinate system by an X and Y coordinate. During modelling with SPRING, each node is automatically assigned a number.

It should be noted that in a vertical model the Y-coordinates of the nodes of the first layer must correspond to the ground surface, which is relevant for the calculation of the phreatic surface.

One to three nodes can be defined per row in the *.net file.

Any nodes can be deleted within a row as long as that does not result in an empty row. Empty are not allowed and must be removed.
