The direct runoff calculation with the Meßer method is calculated using slope classes, soil types, land use and the distance between the surface elevation and groundwater level elevation. The calculation is based on dbase files, which are stored in the "C:\Users\Public\Public Documents\SPRING\Konfig" directory (Windows 7 or higher) during the installation of SPRING.
